Lev Ezra, is a Community Organization, founded By Moshe and Ruth Cohen. Lev Ezra is in the Memory of Ezra Abadi AH, who tragically passed in the year 2000, leaving behind a legacy of generosity and love for his community and family. Ruth, determined to keep this legacy alive, together with Her late Husband Moshe Cohen began to plant the seeds for an organization, which today (26 years late) is simply life changing , an essential group of dedicated individuals who serve as fund raisers, and conduits to make sure a large number of families in the community and abroad, rely on Lev Ezra for everyday needs, shabbat meals , and holidays.

It’s become an obvious reality that life is challenging, life is expensive, and sometimes Shabbat and holidays, which are supposed to be our most joyous times, can be daunting for community families. We at Lev Ezra embraces the challenge and welcome the responsibility to use all our resources, including time, effort and personal relationships, to ensure that every family that turns to us will get a positive response. We are here to help. We cannot fully solve everyone’s financial struggles, but we try our best to contribute as much as we can, and hopefully together with other organizations and Help of the almighty we can complete our mission.
